Named for the British Queen Victoria, this rose was introduced in France in 1872. Reine Victoria produces wonderfully cupped blooms decorated in rose pink with a touch of lilac. She is certainly majestic with her strong fragrance, very slender upright growth, and attention grabbing blossoms.
